I need a good work out plan?!


Question: I need a good work out plan!?
Im slim, and Im going to the gym to get thicker and toned, and really skinny, and I need help with a good work out plan

Please be as descriptive as possible, I also need to know if I should do cardio!? like running!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To build muscle bulk, do the following:

1!. Eat more!.

2!. Lift heavy weight in short sets until muscle failure!. Work out each group 2 times a week and allow rest days in between!.

Good exercises include the following:

Legs:

one leg squats
squats
sumo squats
lunges
side lunges

Arms:
bicep curls
military press
lateral raises
tricep curls
french press
scorpion pushups
pushups


Back:
Lat pull downs
rows

Abdominals:
Pike crunches
bicycle crunches
front leg raises
crunches on exercise ball
plank
reverse plank

Cardio:
Spinning
running
swimming
walking


These are just some exercises to get you started!. Don't do too much cardio if you shed weight easily!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
