Question: Does drinking a glass of water with lemon juice in the morning helps in losing weight!?
I heard that drinking a glass of water with lemon juice in it in the morning helps in slimming you!. Is it true!? If yes how much lemon juice should be added in the water!. For how many days this has to be done!? How much one can lose with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It probably is a concoction to speed up your metabolism!. And since morning time is the best time to do that it might help boost it!. That also means eating correctly and the right portions, also physical fitness!. Its not a magic drink, but I would assume that it would help boost your metabolism making it easier to loose weight if your doing the rest of it right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe the way it may help you lose weight is that it fills you up partially before you eat!. I heard that you should drink a glass of water 1/2 hour before every meal, so that you eat less!. The lemon used to be added to water that may not be pure!. I like the taste of it myself!. You only need a small wedge!. Slice the lemon into coin shapes, cut each slice in half!. Squeeze the 1/2 slice in the water!. At least that is the way I do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've never heard this, but I could see how drinking a glass of water would be good!. After sleeping all night your body needs to replenish it's water supply, so it's prolly a similar effect like drinking a glass of water before your meal so that you eat less!. The lemon only makes the drink more enjoyable, it doesn't carry any nutrients, and doesn't have any effects on losing weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone's metabolism is different, so go ahead and try it if you want to!. It's natural and it can't be harmful!

But, just so you know, I remember my teacher telling me that drinking or eating acidic fruit (like pears, or lemons also) in the morning isn't that good for your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
