Power Plate Exercises!

Question: Power Plate Exercises

Does anyone know of a site which gives exercise instructions for a power plate!? Or does anyone know the exercises used on the power plate!? I only have a week to use it so any exercises which can work quickly would be great!

Power Plate's own site is one of the best ones!. This page gives some exercises - see the link to '34 Exercises' near the bottom which plays a video in a pop up window!.

There are loads of Power Plate videos on YouTube!. Do a search on there for [power plate workout] and [power plate exercises]!.
