Question: Is it bad to lift weights and do cardio 6 times a week!?

everything is ok!. if you feel like your body ever needs a break, give it a rest!. what i would do is every other day exercise because your body needs time to rest and if you ever get sore from the exercise, you need resting time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may not be that bad, but 5 days a week is better since you could injure yourself and are overtraining!. You could be putting a little strain on your body if you overexert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. do workouts for only 2-3 times a week!. to help muscles heal!. and to rest yourself without pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
