Question: Need to drop a few pounds!?
Hey! I start school again on September 3rd, and even though it is less than a month away, I am determined to lose about five pounds!.

I also want to get more healthy!. And, I want to get a flatter stomach and smaller thighs!. If someone could help me, it would mean the world to me!.

I want something that really works too!. I don't want to diet, I just want to lose the weight!.

First-please be sure that you are not already under weight-google "Body Weight Calculators" and make sure you are in a healthy range for your height!.

On with the real answer:
I never diet!. Ever!. And I'm told I have a great body!.

I exercise!. Not going to the gym or spending money on training exercising, but doing it myself!. It's so easy!.

If you can run, do that!. You can easily lose 5 pounds right off by starting a running regimen!. I cannot run do to bone problems!.

I ride my bike as often as possible and I love to walk and hike!. I also do squats!. These will help slim your thighs, but you will also gain some mass with muscle!. TRUST ME, most everyone thinks thicker strong thighs are a good look, despite what a magazine may show!. Squats are easy, and doing 25 every other day is more than enough to help you lose and keep 5 pounds off!. I also do push ups!. Only 10 every other day!. Real pushups from your toes, not girly ones on your knees!.

This is all you need!. I eat whatever I want and do not gain anything!.

you don't want to diet, just lose weight!? that's going to be REALLY HARD!. You'll probably need to get a hard workout at least 6 days a week!. Can you at least cut down on desserts, and soda and chips and stuff!? Some things are unhealthy no matter what diet you choose!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay!. RUN! i know it sounds bad but it will help u!. also do TONS and TONS of sit ups!!! running isnt that bad if u have an iPod or MP3 u can run with that!.i personally LOVE running!. and eat healthier too!. try like bagels!. or Speacial K cerieal!. and salads and more fruitWww@Answer-Health@Com

Jog 20 mins a day and eat healthy foods, NO chips, candy, fatty meat, or deep fried foods!. Eat fruits, veggies, complex carbs and lean protein combined with exercise and you will lose weight,

Not a diet!.!.!.just don't eat fried fast food!. Eat an apple a day and cut your regular plate size portions in half!. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day!.!.!.for example jumping rope or walking!.

okay my sister is doing the same thing but doing la weight loss!. but you should at lest run for 5 min!. a day or walk for 10 min!. try to eat one thing from each food ca categorygood luck
