Question: Healthy, low calorie snacks and breakfast!?
Hey! I need filling but low calorie snacks and breadfasts!.

I am always going for the really fattening stuff, or I overeat!. Either way I eat way too many calories between breakfast and snacks!

For breakfast i would recommend oatmeal or a bagel with a banana!.

For snacks try fruits and vegetables or 100 calorie snack packs, which are actually pretty goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

actuall for breakfast i have these filling smoothies ill give u the recpie
a spoolful of whey(protien mix)
ice cubes
frozen berries
a fitness shake (i use eas's myoplex carb sense)

or

sometimes they make shakes thay u just put cold water in and if u want some frozen berriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

for breakfast, have a small bowl of a high fiber, low sugar cereal, or try a meal supplement like ensure or instant breakfast!.

For snacks, try almonds and other healthy nuts, as well as granola bars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People don't understand that calorie count isn't everything!. It's what the food is that matters!. x_x

You can get the "Lean Pockets"!. Then drink a glass of silk milk!. (it's good)!. For a midday snack, I like the 100 calorie nabisco packs!. But I personally like the Keebler ones better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
