What strength hydrogen peroxide do I need to lighten some streaks of my hair?
I have a bottle of 3% solution here but it doesn't seem to do the trick.
Answers:
A mixture of 50-50 hydro and water lightens hair. Or a mixture of lemon juice and water (75-25). Both need exposure to the sun in order to finish lightening.
How much are you trying to lighten your hair though? Both of those will highlight your hair over time but neither is going to make a brunette a blonde--but merely give you highlights and low lights.
