okay my answer is this drink low fat milk alot of milk it help slim your body organges help minimize your stomach eat chicken and fish only
hers wht my dad and his friend did they payed 600 doallrs just for this and lost 50 pounds in 2 months
in the morning its eggs and toast whole wheat with a nutrtion shake the powder kind you mix with milk so you can continue getting ur nutriton
like slimfast or something
at lunch have a salad with chicjken if you like you must only eat fish once
a week then for your snack eat a fruit with the nutrtion shake then dinner its chicken or fish with salad your are NOT ALLOWED to eat any SUGAR you must drink the milk or water water taste best with lime execrise too if you like but tht is the fatest way i done it
