Using Dumbbells?

How can I use them to make me real strong but not bulky with muscles I want a body were it will look nice and toned with muscle not a bodybuilder physique.


Answers:

Use lower pound weights for higher repetitions.

Try 3 sets of 10 reps of 8lbs each for toned arms that aren't bulky.
