Question: I'm trying to lose inches not weight!.!. how!?
My weight is not a problem!. I'm 13, 121 lbs and 5'5"!.
But I have very dense and large body parts!. My thieghs, ribcage, torso, butte, and stomach!.
What are some exercises I can do to either
1) Reduce inches
or

Good exercises for abs and such, are the bicycle crunch (google it), and the plank!. They are hard but worth it!. Look up yoga and pilates, they really train muscle!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
