i just want a workout plan that will work all my muscles i just want a little more muscle every where it would help if you guys could give me a weekly schedule i cant get to a gym and all i have is a few dumbbells so if you all could help i also wanted to know ive herd that

i suggeset swimming!. you work on all of your muscles and it puts u into really really really great shape!. but u also have to do a great deal of ddry land workouts like sit ups and push ups and crunches!.
but u said u don't have a lot of equipment so do the dry land!.

do crunches with wiehgts helld out over your chest and do 25!. then do 25 focusing on each side of your adbomen!. then hold about 10 pounds above your head for 30 seconds!. do some legs suats, climb xome stairs!. you need to put things together yourself, because i dont know wha tyour muscular level already is or how in shape you already are!. be careful not to overdo it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if weights will stunt your growth, but I do know a good work out!. Just do a few bicycle sit ups and lunges!. Also walk and run a lot!. And drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
