Question: Does anyone do those workouts on FIT TV!?
Which ones!? and are you getting any results!? which ones are the best in your opinion!?
i work out 2-2!.5 hours every day and im not losing weight!.!. :(

I've been doing the workouts with Cathe!. She has you use weights and slowly resist the weights!. This really seems to be working - I've been sore after each workout!.!.!. I don't think it can hurt unless you are really out of shape
I'll also suggest you talk to your Dr!. to be sure you could lift weights!.
Does the Shimmy belly dancing do anything for weight loss!? Those ladies don't look like their all that in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually you want to make sure you drink about a gallon of water each day
i have a few friends that tried that and it works!.
when your body does not get enough water it trains itself to hold as much as it can!. keep up on the water you will be going to the bathroom alot but in time your body will realise it is finally getting plenty and release what it thinks it needs to keep stored upWww@Answer-Health@Com

These type of tv shows are ok for beginners who are extremely overweight!. But you could just do some push-ups, jumping jacks or rope jumping(i recommend at least 30min) and some crunches and leg liftsWww@Answer-Health@Com
