How long for results after weight lifting?!
Question: How long for results after weight lifting!?
I got on what I called a lazy routine
where I made up this 2 sets of 10-20 reps lol! 20 reps with lighter weights on days I dont feel like going heavy!. Every other day with moderate weights!. I mixed in some cardio by running up and down my stairs!.
So is it normal to see results after 1 month of training!? It took me 4 weeks! lol
I pulled my shirt off and looked in the mirror and said oh yeah! It is starting to come in somewhat! I see my chest are starting to take form also!. This is getting somewhat exciting in a way so see a routine is paying off lol
So how long do results normally kick in for you!?

well it all depends on your current body type, and leveal of fitness u are in!.!.!.
if u are a begannier you wil see results quicker as your body is new to the training and u get quicker growth!.!.
and usually u see muscle tone and definition quicker compared to sheer muscle mass
usually putting on alot of muscle takes time

give in some hard training for about 3 months u should definitely see results if ur lifting right, make sure u have good form, and if u want to get bigger do like 4 sets of 6-8 reps!. also another thing to do is get a good protein shake for after ur workout, like probolic sr, probly the best one out there, take that immediately after ur workout, good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should push yourself just a little harder!. If you know for a fact that you aren't doing enough, do heavier weights!. But doing anything is better than doing nothing and if you are doing the right things, you can definitely see results in four weeks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you're not going to see results right away if you just start out it'll take time but as long as your persistent it should come in a few months make sure you get plenty of sleep and eat enough quality food and protein Www@Answer-Health@Com
