Question: Do you have to take supplements!?
I have been taking whey protein lately but I wonder can you still fair well with out them and just do peanubutter or beans instead lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

IF you want bulk on your body then Yes by all means still drink protein shakes on top of your regular diet!.!.!.!. The more protein right now the better!.!.!.!.

Try to get as much as you can from natural foods but always make sure right after your workout, RIGHT AFTER, you get a huge helping from a supplement!.!.!. That is a quick feed your body needs right after!.!.!.

Going to get off of here now!.!.!. Went shopping today!.!.!. Yay !!! New clothes! Ahhh , love new clothes!.!.!.

Heart still feels a lil sad though!.!.!. :o(

No you don't need supplements at all if you really know how to diet but peanut butter and beans lmfao is no replacement for a protein shake maybe milk, cottage cheese, fish, chicken breast, but peanut butter and beans haha you made my day/night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
