Question: Will this burn a good amount of fat (and flatten my stomach)!?

I was wondering if the following 'exercise scheme' will work:

- Walking --> 60 mins!. (In the morning, 2 hrs after breakfast)
- Walking --> 60 mins!. (1 hr before supper)

How many calories will it burn!? Is this an effective method to loose fat (flatten my stomach)!?

you will slowly lose weight, just try to put extra effort in!. what i mean is, run sometimes instead of walking or do cruches or push-ups in spare time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, unless you are not very active to begin with, walking is not the best way to burn a significant amount of fat!. It's a good way to get started, but running and other excersizes will prove to be more sucessful!.

The important thing to know is that to lose weight in a healthy and efficient way, you need to change your diet and excersize habits!. This means a lot more frutis and vegetables and a lot less carbs and fats!.

Try to find a book or tape that offers both diet and excersize solutions!.
