Weight loss and calorie????!


Question: Weight loss and calorie!?!?!?!?
How fast can I lose 15lbs if I keep my diet up!? I have had 600 calories total in 5 days and have been working out!. Please no answers like, "oh that not good" and oh thats unhealthy"!. I already know that!. I would just like to know about how long it will take me to lose 15lbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, if you KNOW its not good, why do it!? Do you wanna know what will happen if you DONT EAT!!?!!?!!!? It will backfire and make it harder for you to loose fat!

PLEASE read! (You will be glad you did!)

Fat is emergancy energy for your body!. BUT, if you just decided to not eat, so instead of burning fat off, it will burn muscle off! You will be left with FAT! and less muscle, and that may make you loose weight, but i think you mean you want to loose FAT!. And not eating will NOT help! By not eating, your body will be holding on to every single calorie that comes in, and WONT allow them to go anywhere! they will sit and become fat! I told you it would backfire!

IF you want to quickly loose FAT, then just eat things with few calories, and VERY VERY VERY low calories from fat! Eat ALOT of fruit! Protein and exercise will help you loose fat, but the protein will build muscles, and i dont think you want that, because muscle is heavy!.

So, i dont think you know much about this stuff, because a fit person who is very skinny (What you want) would be eating alot of healthy stuff and exercising alot!. If you just exercise and not eat, you wont be burning fat! You will just be loosing muscle, and by not getting enough protein, you wont even be able to grow back the muscle, and you will end up feeble and week, like bones with fat on it, THEN later, you will lose the fat, because you will be in emergency mode, THEN you will be bones and skin! YUCK!

Eat healthy food, and drink water and also slim fast!. You see the words SLIM FAST!.

So, I hope this will show you by not eating, your search for a thin waist will BACKFIRE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your metabolism is going to go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie you eat which will make it very hard to loose that much weight!. i actually found that the atkins diet worked better and faster than starving yourself, but make sure you read the book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
