I weigh way too much!?!


Question:

I weigh way too much!?

I'm 26 and I had my third child this Feb. in 2007. I now weigh 170 and i'm 5'3 feet. I have a belly, my face is chubby, my arms are bigger, and I have back fat. Everyone says i'm getting bigger. I'm thinking of joining Lucille Roberts by my house, or should I just order a cardio tape and do my own losing weight? I really can't afford the gym, but I nned to lose the weight. What can I do?


Answers:

If you had a child recently then you have more important things to worry about other than your weight. It's good to be healthy and all but don't worry about "back fat" or "bigger arms" If you wanna burn fat one of the best ways is to walk. If you have free time you can get a stroller or something like that and go walk with your baby. Fat is burned best by light and long work outs. Strenuous heavy working out on the other hand builds bigger muscles but muscles weigh more than fat so that won't make you lighter.
