How accurate are nutrition charts regarding calorie content?!

Question: How accurate are nutrition charts regarding calorie content!?
When mcdonalds says that a mcchicken sandwich only has 360 calories in it, is that generally true!? How far off can they be!? Can you trust the info!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Maybe the grilled has only 360, but certainly not the real deal mcchicken!. You have to check closely, some will tell you that it only includes the patty and the bun and condiments are not included!. Or they only include the pre-cooked patty, and not after it has been deep fried in fat for an hour!.

It is law that they send it to a certified lab to get the charts done, but they can weasel around everything!.
