You must cut out the "fuel" elements of your food but retain the "body maintenance" intake or you will suffer big-time later!.
This means that you must not eat excess sugar and should avoid fats!.
Do not add salt to anything!. In fact, look at the ingredients of your food and avoid anything with salt (sodium) if you can!.
Eat no bread and consume fresh fruit (as may different kinds as you can but don't pig-out on them) and drink semi-skimmed milk (no more than 500cc/day)!.
Have plenty of water but no more than 2 litres/day unless you are excersising heavilly and sweating gallons!. Overdoing water has been known to cause internal organ failure and people have died from it!.
This will drastically reduce your calorie and sugar intake without making you ill from vitamin deficiency, which is a form of mal-nutrition!. Crash dieters often overdo things and their bodies suffer because of the lack of vital minerals and nutrients!.

Don't eat!. Or eat very little such as 5 dry crispbreads per day!. Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated and to fill up your stomach to reduce the hunger pangs!. Stop drinking the water about 4 hours before you weigh on Friday to give it time to pass out of your system!.
It's only a temporary way of losing weight!. As soon as you go back to eating normally the weight will probably come back within a couple of weeks!. It's not a good idea to do this for long; it's very unhealthy! You may start feeling a bit weak after about 3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont not eat cuz that doesnt work bc if you eat one thing at all no matter how small u will explode bc ur body wont b used to all the carbs and u will be fatter than before!. so that doesnt work!.

My husband used to wrestle back in High School and they all used to cut weight more than 5 lbs!. and all they did was not eat and they hardly drank any water and went to the sauna make yourself sweat!! thats how you can loose weight fast!!! But sadly its really only water weight!!!

It's not that extreme!.!.!.!.I lost 5 pounds in 4 days and KEPT it off by simply drinking 8 glasses of water a day!! I was like, never hungry anymore!! I had to pee a lot, but I had more energy and I didnt need to eat very oftten!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink the recommended amount of water each day (6 glasses) or more depending on the amount of exercise you do!. Also, eat healthy food and do more exercise!.

Cut out the carbs!. That should do it!. I mean every carb!. Carbs make your body produce insulin, which they call the "fat hormone" and the more insulin the body produces the more weight your going to gain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
