Have you tried the "South Beach" diet?

How is it?


Answers:

YES!!! It's absolutely great!! Definitely get the original book, and the 30 minute cookbook. The first 2 weeks are tough, but there are plenty of recipes to help keep you going. I've been doing it for almost two months and now, it's wonderful. I've learned how to cook in a great new way that is healthy and delicious.

I did not have a lot to lose, but I started it with my husband who did have a lot to lose. We've only been exercising 1-2 times per week. I've gone from 145 to 135 (I'm 5'4"). My husband has gone from 295 to 265 (he's 6'4"). Read the book. After you learn the health benefits it will be hard not to do it.
