Question: Pilates question!?!?!?!?
im not looking to lose weight, im healthy and slim (108 pounds and 5'4), but i do like pilates as an exercise!.

how many times a week should i do it pilates!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My pilates instructor recommends a minimum of 2 days per week and a maximum of 3 days per week!. Each session should be an hour long!.

I noticed a difference in my body just by joining her class 2 times per week after about 4 weeks!. I love pilates and I feel so much better after class!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this Exercise:
3 days of cardio exercise per week (20 minutes)
3 days of weight training per week (45 minutes)
1 day off

Diet:
six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
one free day per week, eat anything you want
