Hey can you answer my question?

i was wondering what happens if you go over on the fats or sugars for a day, do you simpily gain weight or get fat, today i went over on sodium and consumed a lot of sugar, but most of it was natural, so is the natural sugar ok to eat, i eat a chef boyardii raviolli today for lunch and it had a ton of sodium in 1900mg. so in total for today heres what i ate
BREAKFAST:
3/4 cup of fruit loops, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 medium banana, and 10 oz of orange juice.
LUNCH:
1 can of mini raviolli by chef boyardii, Whey protien shake-vanilla flavor with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, and aPure protien Chewy Chocolate Chip protien bar.
so far i've eaten pretty badly do you think ill get fat or simply gain the weight that i need to gain? Any website on nutrition, weight gaining info, or any thing else you can think of can be a great deal of help thanks.
Im 13 year old female, 5ft 5in and 102 lbs


Answers:

It doesn't matter what you eat in one day. What matters is what you eat over the long term e.g: a week, month and year.

By the way there is no difference between "natural sugar" and any other type of sugar. Regular sugar comes from sugar cane or sugar beets. These are plants. Aren't they natural?
