- Green tea is also a good idea as it speeds up your
metabolism
- every day drink one tall glass of water about 5 minutes before you eat!.

2!. Eat regularly
- 5 times a day in small amounts proper meals
- don't miss meals its important for your body to know its got alot of food to digest and lose
- If you dont eat regularly the fat will build up cause your body thinks "oh the host isn't give me enough food to burn off, i'll just slow down abit"

3!. Eat lots of fibre
4!. Consume more good fats
6!. Carbohydrates can help you lose weight
- good carbohydrates but not too many
-These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans!.

We eat way to much rich, fattening food in our western world today!. The way to lose weight w/o going hungry is to fill yourself up on low calorie, high fiber foods w/o all the fat, meat grease sugar etc!. For example!. Dinner: have some cooked potatoes (minus the butter) a large helping of steamed veggies and some beans!. All healthy, will fill you up and you've consumed 400 calories instead of the 900 calories you would have eaten at McDonalds!. Check out "The McDougall Plan" !.!.!.google it!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!!!! You should eat lots of fruits and veggies!. Have a salad at least once a day!. If you want a dressing for it have like a homemade lemon dressing or buy a low fat one!. Don't eat to much fried food or fast food!. Follow the food guide to get you back eating healthy!. Exercise at least 20minutes a day!. If you do this you will get in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
