Does anyone know anything about a ketogenic diet?!


Question: Does anyone know anything about a ketogenic diet!?
What do you eat while on it and does it work!? I'm finding a hard time finding info on it!

I try to cycle it 1 month on, 2 months off!. It's a pain in the neck for the first few days until your body adjusts for it!. Once you're in a ketogenic state, the fat falls off!. I'd recommend getting a seamstress measuring tape to measure your stomach, chest, hips, calves, arms & legs to help keep track of your progress!. You tend to loose a lot of weight in the beginning, but most of that is simply from your digestive system not having as much trash to push out (be sure to take a fiber supplement to help with this process)
Try to start the diet at the end of your work week, so you can suffer in peace and in the comfort of your own home!. That way you'll be able to go into work already in a ketogenic state and you won't be as weak and foggy!.

it's basically a high fat low carbohydrate diet which is supposed to cause you body to go into ketosis!. It caqn work for short periods if you havea lot of weight to lose, but it gets boring and people often drop such a diet and gain the weight back!. Best to have a plan to go to a balainced diet after 1-2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
