Is it safe to eat only fruits, vegetables, rice, and oatmeal?
Raw Fruits and Vegetables, rice & oatmeal-This is all I've been eating for the past month or so. I feel great, but everyone keeps telling me that it is dangerous, and that I am not getting all the nutrients I need. Is this true?

Protein is missing.. Drink 1 glass of milk and add a piece of beef, chicken or tofu to ur diet.... Nutrition-- Eat a variety of fruits and veges..
It doesnt sound really bad.. It looks like a good diet to me
