Question: Lose 35 pounds in a month!?
ok this is kind of random but here me out!.!.!.ok im bout 6ft 280 pounds im an incoming freshman in college and i wanna lose 35 pounds because im playing college hockey i played hockey all through out high school and at the end of senior year i weighed 247 then i took the year off and gained weight!.!. and i was wondering if it would be possible to lose 35 pounds before hockey training camp which is in ike 25 days!.!.as of now ive lost 5 pounds in 5 days but that is just by playing hockey again!.!.!.and im thinkin bout stepping it up a notch and doing a power hour once when i wake up everyday

and also running a mile or 2 after breakfast and lunch not dinner because i have hockey about an hour or two after i eat dinner do you think this is a safe way and a possible way to lose the weight as well as eating right at every meal, no fast food, no soda, and no sweets and cutting back on the portions thankyou for your timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. I think this sounds fine!. As long as you make sure you keep the food (healthy) and fluids up, as otherwise your muscles wont be getting the energy they need, and will break down!. Just make sure you exercise heaps and eat healthily and you should be fine!. Even if you dont lose that amount of weight (35 pounds), if you make sure you honestly exercise and eat well, at least you'll know you did all you could to lose the weight!. Even losing only 20 pounds is better than nothing, so good on you for trying and keep it up! Www@Answer-Health@Com
