How much cardio is needed to get a six pack?!


Question: How much cardio is needed to get a six pack!?
I'm a 16 year old male!. I weigh between 135-140 pounds!. I'm doing ab exercises and interval cardio training 3 times a week with 3 "rounds" consisting of 1 minute intense running/biking and then 2 minutes of moderate jogging/biking because I'm following an ab excercise website!. I am doing 100 crunches, 100 lower ab exercises and 50 oblique exercises on each side and I plan on increasing them gradually!. I also play tennis regulary from 1 and a half to 2 hours!. I play usually Monday-Thursday but when school starts I won't have enough time to play as much!. Am I doing enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do far more cardio then that!. doing cardio for intervals of 1-2 min!. is worthless!. go for a run, or sprint for :30-1:00!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to get a six-pack you will have to burn more calories than what you are consuming!.Make sure you do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day!. Don't increase the number of crunches you are doing, just increase the number of repsWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should do a long jogging workout lets say 3 miles to start with than do your intense cardio right after (no break) and you will see incredible results!Www@Answer-Health@Com
