Question:

Any guy with good tone arms??? (((HELP)))?

Should I use the regular bar ((straight)) or go for the EZ bar ((curl)) when doing arm workouts so, anyone with real results that has succede in toning their arms PLZ let me know!!!

The EZ bar is NOT designed to increase your muscle gains.
It was designed for people whose writs hurt from using the straight bar. If your wrists hurt when you do workouts with the straight bar, than use the EZ. If not, than don't worry.

Anyways, I believe that using dumbells are amuch more efficient way to work out your muscles. Do one arm at a time and concentrate on that arm alone. Using both arms at the same time can create imbalances because ppl usually favor their stronger side. Doing it separatly will make for equal gains in both arms.
Also, to get tone go for 12-15 reps with a weight that you can't lift much more than that many times. 2-3 sets. If you want more size than use heavier weights and smaller reps.
