I took my membership out with them in August 2007!. Having used the bar more times than the gym, I decided to give my 3 months notice on-8/5/08!. So this means the contract will be terminated on August and there will be no more payments!? Turns out they have taken another payment out this month!. Should have July not have been the last one!?

You should contact your bank to stop the future payments if you don't trust them to honor your cancellation!. That way they will be unable to draw on future funds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
