Question: I want to have a healthy life style, but I need a good easy sport that Any Ideas!?
I have bought the D!.S!. health coach game and it really helps me out (I would recommend it to anyone that wants to lose weight and be healthy)
I have accesses to a swimming pool but I want a dry sport that fits in with my healthy lifestyle!.I go to high school so I have to study to!

Walking can be done any place!. Walk or run to school and back, buy a pedometer and use it, must take 10,000 steps every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
