Question: I am about to become bulimic helpp!?
I am 12 years old i weigh 146 pounds i have tight legs and like no butt but i have a curvy tummy and i hate it i have a c in bra size and i hate myself and i made myself throw up once and i hate throwing up how can i be bulimic fast!?!?!? and have enough courage to do so!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

PLEASE don't become bulimic!. Your best bet is to try to eat more healthy and find some fun exercise!.

You're 12, and chances are that you will naturally lose some weight as you grow and get older!. But you can choose how you eat and how you get activiity, which will help!.

When you want something sweet, maybe try to have a piece of fruit or a sugar free pudding or jello to snack instead of candy!. Instead of french fries with a burger, have a salad or try the burgers without the bun!.

Do you ride your bike, jump rope, take walks, swim!? If you don't , then starting to move your body more and doing these things will make a huge difference over the next year!.

Those things will help you lose weight without permanently damaging your body!. Bulimia will make you very sick as you get older!.

Please don't start throwing up to lose weight

There are a million ways of losing weight properly, healthily, without compromising your wellbeing

Bulimia will rot your teeth (all the stomach acid you're passing up will rot the enamel), you'll inflame glands in your face which will give you moonface (not the look you're going for, I'm sure), damage to your throat and other internal organs, to name a few

You can easily lose the weight by going for daily walks, riding your bike, taking up a sport, and cutting out sugary and fatty foods, as well as drinking lots of water

Please don't hate yourself!. At 12 years old, a lot of your weight is probably puppy fat!. When I was about 14 I went from being a little pudgy, to slender practically overnight!. Just be patient :) and please take care of yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey if your only problem is curvey tummy don't worry!. Just learn to dress your self so that your stomach os not emphasized!. ANd then wear a lightly padded bra to add a little more there with out it being obvious you are padding!.

I am shocked that you are on the net asking how to become bulemic!.
Here a re a couple of ways to reduce the water weight wich is probably what is stored in your belly!. Try drastically reducing the amount of sodium/salt in your diet!. Pretty much all processed foods are loaded with sodium!. Also drink powerade over gatorade (less sodium) Also quit drinking soda as the carbination will add to bloating!.

I am going to add a lonk from Rachel Raye's talk show!. It's been all repeats but yesterday she had some ladies on that have ways to eliminate the belly bulge!. They say in just 4 days but if it doesn't happen right away give it a little more time before you go to more drastic options!.

Bulimia is much harder on your body than having extra weight!. Your body will not get all the nutrients it needs to survive, your bones will lose calcium, and all the organs in your body will start to shut down after they have used up their extra back up vitamins and minerals!. We need food to live!. We need food to digest in our bodies to get the proper nutrients it cannot make on its own!.

DIET DIET DIET!. It's all in the diet, i cant stress this anymore then i have!. You have to be dedicated to the diet!. The diet must consist of less wheat substances such as pasta, and any kind of junk food!.

The running and jogging is just a catalist to burn off maybe about a small bag of chips worth of calories!. It still helps just make your body healthy, but it is possible to lose fat with just eating right!.

Stay away from transfats, NEVER eat them!. Focus on really low saturated fat substances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After you eat, drink a ton of water!. Enough to where you feel like you're about to burst!. then, stick your finger down your throat, and throw up until nothing else comes out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
