I wrestle, and last season i was about 110 but i cut before each match to 105( i know unhealthy, stupid!.!.!.)!. but i got 3 in!. taller and now i'm 132 lbs!. my (jerk) coach wants me to go 112 next year, but i dont think so!. i got a little fat on me, but i want some muscle left!. How can i get down to 119 lbs!., and could i do it healthily before novmber!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
