Best Sit-ups?!

Best Sit-ups?

I know situps will help me strengthen my core muscles, but what are the best sit-ups to work obliques and my upper and lower abs? I have only been doing the regular boring old sit-up and want to strengthen all my other core muscles. Fast results would be great, but I'm looking for the most strengthing workout to build a great stomach. Any ideas?

flutter kicks work for the lower abs, you lay flat on your back w/ you hands underneath your backside for support, then just do small kicks w/ your feet like you're swimming... you must do a lot to feel it working... you could also do leg lifts (my personal favorite)... lay on your back w/ support (like flutter kicks) raise your legs till your body is at 90 degrees... do that motion very slowly and go back down BUT DON'T let your feet touch the ground... keep doing it... i recommend doing 8- 8 counts, then into 4-4 counts, then 4-2 counts...
