Try this Exercise:
3 days of cardio exercise per week (20 minutes)
3 days of weight training per week (45 minutes)
1 day off

Diet:
six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
one free day per week, eat anything you want

To start off your ab workout do:
1!. Bicycle Crunches/Regular Situps-Start out by doing 30 bicycle crunches (that will be 15 to each knee) immediately after do 30 regular crunches!. Then take a 1 minute break!. Do this in 3 sets (that will end you with 90 bicycles and 90 regulars with 3 minute breaks)

2!. Next do Reverse Crunches!. Do 3 sets of 20 reps with a 1 minute rest between each set!.

3!. After the Reverse crunches, do Jackknife situps!. Do these 3 sets of 15 with a 1 minute rest between sets!.

4!. To finish off the workout you have two choices: the first being leg raises (3 sets of 20) or You can hold your legs about 1 inch or 2 above the ground until you cant hold any longer and do 2 sets of that!.

Now, for the reps, you may need to do more or less (that's just a basic idea) to adjust to your current fitness level (obviously do less if you can't do that set amount in 3 sets or more if that is too easy)!. You will get the abs if you work at it, there is no easy way around it!.
Also, eat healthy if you don't already!. For example: Drink only water and incorporate fruits or veggies into your diet instead of junk food!. Also eat something small every 3 hours to keep you metabolism going (to burn more fat) and don't overdo it at the meals!. You may also need to incorporate cardiovascular exercise into your day (anything that gets your heart going) for about 30-60 minutes a day!. If you are not ready to make that commitment, then work up to it slowly!. Do like 15 or 20 minutes a day 3 or 4 days a week!. Then work up to 30 mins a day 3 or 4 days a week!. You can mix and match to fit your schedule with time spent and number of days a week (frequency and time) but it is also okay to take 1 day off a week from the cardio (as long as you still eat healthy that day)!. Remember, to burn fat you need to consume less than you burn in a day!. However, that only applies to you if there is a little fat covering the abs, if not than the exercises listed will do the trick!. i would say crunches a hundred a day thats my personal favorite but from what i read bycyle crunches are supposed to be the most effective by working the upper mid and lower abs at the same time as well as the obliques!.

Studies show that the best things to do to tone your stomach is to run and do bicycle crunches!. Run around your block every mourning and try to drink water instead of sodas!. have you ever heard of shotguns!? if not then you: lay on your back in a hollow hold (when your feet are in the air and your head/neck is in the air and your holding your self with your abs) then bring your chest to your knees and your knees to your chest, after that motion go back to your hollow hold! do this at least 25+ times a day and you'll be all set!. you can also look on sites like 17!.com like the link below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u gotta have a complete workout!.!. you gotta have a high leveal of fitness to get those abs!.!. low low body fat

u need cardop 3 - 4 times a week

excellent diet, ultra high protien, and healthy carbs,

put ur legs up on the coach so they are bent at 90 degrees then try 50 pushups without stopping!. make sure u have good form and go slowly, blow put when doing the sit up then out when lowering back down!. i do them everyday, and not to be conceded i have a pretty nice set of abs, good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
