Question: Everyday actvities i can do!?!
i gained 7lbs over the summer!?! i know!>!>!>!> im 5"7 125 i need some everday activities i can do to lose the weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a trampoline then you can invite a friend on it and just bounce around!. Good way of loosing calories and it's fun!.
Walking or Running!. I prefer walking, go to a zoo or just walk around a beach!. Something along those lines!. Very good way to loose calories!.
But if you are really hardcore about loosing those calories then go to a gym, treadmills are great!.
Sports are also a great way of loosing calories!. Football, Basket ball, Swimming, Tennis etc!.!.!.
Also drink alot of water, no juice or tea, just plain ol' simple Water!. Don't starve yourself either!. Just eat Veg, fruit, some meats, fish and very little dairy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ride your bike!. Swim in the pool!. Play a sport you like(tennis,basketball,baseball, ect!.) If you have cousins or siblings get them to play some sports with you like kickball!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

get your ipod make a playlist of strictly hip-hop and start jogging before it gets worse
and it's sexy when girls runWww@Answer-Health@Com

jog and burn more calories then take inWww@Answer-Health@Com
