Working out everyday!


Question: Working out everyday
I want to work out everyday, 6 days a week, but I want to work different body parts on each day!. The body parts I want to work out are
Chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes!. I want to work out each body part twice a week, like work some muscles on Monday and Thursday, some on Tuesday and Friday, and some on Wednesday and Saturday!. But I don't know what would be the best order to work them out, so that the muscles don't hurt while working out the others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thurs back and bicepts
fri!. hamstrings and glutes
that's what i recommend and should work great or if u workout more

mon!. chest tricepts forearms
tues!. all lower body
wed!. bicepts back shoulders
thurs do what u did mon
fri do what u did tues
sat do what u did wed
there that should work great if u dont like that make sure u keep chest and tri's same day (pushing muscles) and back and bicepts (pulling muscles) some exercises for back will prob workout ur tricepts also but dont worry it wont do anything bad

I powerlift, and I hit each area once a week, and so far I have seen really large gains!. I do 4-6 exercises per body part, with 1 or 2 of those going unchanged week to week, and the others changing every other week!.
My split
Monday-Chest (I always do bench and either DB or barbell incline)

Tuesday-Back-Width (I always do pullups or pulldowns and bentover rows)

Wednesday-Legs and Back Thickness (Always do either Squats or Leg Press and either Deadlifts or Rack Pulls)

Thursday- Shoulders (Always do either barbell or dumbbell military)

Friday- Arms and Traps

I typically hit calves Monday and Leg day and I do abs once or twice a week, with atleast a day in between!.

well working out 6 days a week will be extraneous on the body , the body needs at least 48 hours of rest in order to regenerate itself!.How about rather than working out 6 days a week , you workout 4 days a week twice a day if you can get to the gym twice a day that is, you can do chest and triceps in the morning , back and biceps in the afternoon early evening, the following morning,shoulders &traps the afternoon and so on ,cause believe me 6 days a week be a killer and you will probably not see any growth that way !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should work every thing every day so they do not get out of shape!. This way they will not ache!.

Competetive body builder use this method but still work every thing every day then after 4 weeks rest them all for 2 weeks then start over again, this way they build up fat tissue or reserve energy, during the rest period then convert it to muscels tissiue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
