Your height and weight are used to calculate your BMI, where as your Daily Points are calculated only on your current weight!.

For a woman between 65 and 79kgs your Daily points --> 20 points!.

As your weight changes so might your Daily points allowance!.

65 to 79kg 20 22
80 to 94kg 22 24
95 to 109kg 23 25
110 to 124kg 24 26
125 to 139kg 25 27
140kg and over 26 28


I've followed the Weight Watchers point plan before with success!. I'd suggest that you join a WW group/meeting as you will receive booklets each week that will give you the details you are after (such as daily points allowed and how many points different foods are worth)!. It can also be good to "face the scales" each week to keep you honest!

Write down what you eat each day, so you can keep an accurate track of what you are eating and how much, and track your weight changes each week!. If you have a week that you gain some wieght, it can be helpful to look back at your overall progress and keep the week's gain in context with your overall weight loss!.

You are allowed 22 pounds if you weigh between 150-174 pounds!.

Remember the flex plan has eight basic guidelines:
1!. 5 servings fruits and veggies
2!. whole grain preference
3!. healthy oil each day (olive, canola, etc)
4!. at least one - two protein rich foods daily
5!. limit added sugar and alcohol
6!. take a multivitamin
7!. 6 glasses of water per day

Weight watchers suggested healthy weight for 5'2" under the age of 25: 125 pounds!. From age 25 - 45: 131 lbs!.
