Question: How to make your body, arm and wrist bigger!?
hey!.!. i am 17 a years old guy!. im not sure how much i weigh but i am very skinny for my age!.!.

how do i gain body weights and make my wrist bigger!?

i want to get rid of the bones thats showing under my neck!.!. and make my body all buffed up!.!.

can anyone tell me what kind of foods i should eat, how many times a day, and what time!?

eat your breakfast at watever time you wake up at then eat your lunch at watever time you get lunch at school or if not in school lunch at around 12:30 then eat your dinner at around 5:00 eat lots of bread and biscuits there full of fat!. but even better would be to lift weaights bench preses would fill in the area around your coller bone and make you look less bony!. I recomend getting some weaights or joining a gym weaights are cheaper do 5 days a week of weaight training you need to rest inbetween workout days like monday and tuesday weaights, wednesday rest, thursday and friday weaights, saturday abbs and cardio, and sunday rest!. do forearms every workout day because they aer sturbern muscels they will make your wrist bigger( to do forearms lie your 4arms on your leg with your hand hanging over the edge and hold a dumbell and lift up just moveing your wrist keep ur 4arm in place, this will give you a big wrist)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories!. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish!.
