Lose weight on 300calories/day?!


Question: Lose weight on 300calories/day!?
ok so im a 5'4 105lb 20yr female and i want to lose about ten pounds in two weeks!. i've been eating 200-300 calories a day and lightly exercising for almost a week!. i mostly eat fruits, vegetable juice and low-cal soups!. nonetheless, i havnt really been losing as much weight as i thought i would be (i lost about 1 1/2 lbs so far) i already know that many of u will disagree with this kind of extreme calorie restriction and say that i dont need to lose any weight, that im anorexic and that this will damage my overall health!. im aware of the dangerous side effects of what im doing and that the most likely reason im not losing that much weight is that my body is in starvation mode and is trying to save as much fat as it can but what my real question is: after a while (maybe a week!?) will i eventually start dropping alot of weight!? or will my body stay in starvation mode!? i'm looking for medically precise answers not suggestions that i should eat more or that i need to get psychiatric help!. thanks for any answers!! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

your BMI is 18 and if you lose 10lb it will be 16!.3!.!.!.a BMI of under 18!.5 is underweight!.
if you eat under 1,000 calories in a day you will be in starvation mode!.
that's why your weight lose isn't happening, but it will happen if you raise your metabolism!.
do more excercise, get enough sleep, drink lots [esp' cold drinks], eat some protein [esp' for breakfast], that should help kick start your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body will stay in starvation mode and you will most likely go into shock!. You could end up in a coma and classed as having an eating disorder - in extreme cases you can be admitted to a psychiatric unit and assessed by a team of experts who will force feed you until you are back to a healthy weight!.

the weight you lose like that will not stay off if you eat about 1500 calories a day and exercise you will lose weight that will stay off because your body burns 1500 calories a day and so then however many calories you burn while exercising is your calorie deficit and that way you will lose weight that you can keep off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. 105 pounds for being 5'4'' is still extremely skinney
2!. nobody should ever go under 1200 calories per day
3!. once you start eating normal, you're body is going to horde all the calories and you will gain all the weight back--and then some!.!.!.so I suggest you eat 1200 calories a day of greens and lean protein!. In the long run, it will be more beneficial for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur body IS in starvation mode, it will store every bit of fat u eat so u will not loose weight this way, and u will have no energy!.

i would suggest u top up ur intake of cals and fat and do toning up exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Extreme calorie diets don't work!. Your body thinks it's being starved and saves fuel accordingly!. If you want to lose weight you'll be more successful eating 12-1500 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yep after a week or too you should start to loose weight!. However, my advise is to eat some of your 300 calories as early in the morning as you can!. This is because, if you eat anything (anything at all) your body wakes up your matobolism and starts to burn!. A good thing for this is an apple (low calories and starts digestive juices)!. Then your body will be burning calories all day and you wont be eating that many!. Dont do this all this time because you know its not healthy! Listen, your fasting!. When you stop your fasting, your going to gain back more weight then what you lost!.

This is very unhealthy! You need a good diet like High Protein Low calorie!.

You can still eat 2000 calories and just make sure your protein is high and still lose a bunch of weight!.

Your going to hurt yourself in the long run!. Sooner of later if you keep this up your body will eat your organs!.

Very unhealthy!. Trust me on this one, just follow what I suggested mixed in with 30 - 45 min cardio a day 5 times a week!.

The unwanted weight will just shed right off you!.
