i have been working out for close to two months and a week now!.
recently upped my weight on the bench press!.
and doing a diet!.
but i gained alot of weight!.
i was 142 when i started now im 154
is it muscle !?!?

most of it is probly muscle!
but it seems like your doin more weight training than cardio!.!.
cardio is a HUGE importance in loosing weight i mean weight training burns calories but not near as close as cardio does!.

If you've been eating healthy and exercising every day then it's probably muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Look at your body fat %!. Do you have more fat now than before!. Maybe get measured at the gym with callipers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
