To best utilize creatine, you should consume 1 serving in the morning with 2 full glasses of water and consume 1 more serving about 30 minutes after you're done exercising with more water!. Overall, consume about 1/2 gallon extra of water per day minimal!. Give it about 2 weeks to really kick in and give you noticable results!.
