Is a lack of milk, fruits and vegetables something that can affect height?!

Question: Is a lack of milk, fruits and vegetables something that can affect height!?
I know the answer to this may seem obvious, but I think this is a legitimate question lol

Anyway, I've noticed something very important within the last year of my life!. I haven't eaten nearly as much fruits and vegetables as I did when I was younger!. I'm 17 now, and I am about 5' 7"!. It seems however, I've been the same height for the last year or so, and I've noticed that vegetables and fruits are something that has been missing from my diet!. While my weight has been the same for the last year, my height has shown no signs of change!.

I'm going to college in 2 weeks, and I want to change my diet for the better!. I'm trying to cut out a lot of meat, and replace that with fruit and vegetables (sort of to make it 50/50)!. Plus, I want to see if I can continue drinking milk like I used to, because I've also noticed how my consumption of that has decreased as well!. Thanks in advance!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
