What do you eat to lose weight??

I want to lose weight, mainly my stomach and what some people might call love handles. Do I not want carbs, fat, grams of sugar, or what? This and any other ideas you have are great....Thanks

You need carbs, fats & protien in your diet. Think of it a not a diet, but a way of life. You should eat breakfast everyday (I know, it's tuff) but I struggles with this Breakfast thing for years, but you know what? It works when you eat breakfast to help lose weight. A poached egg with a slice of toast & a glass of milk or cerial with milk, mix in fruit or pancakes -- mix in fruit --anything that works for you, but milk is a must. At lunch you'll find you are not all that hungry so you can make it a low cal lunch as in a salade with low fat dressing or a simple sandwich is good like ham & cheese, low fat mayo with an apple or orange--anything fruit and that glass of mik (believe me the milk is a must!) Supper you can spurge on a peice of steak, potatoes plus a veggie... little snacks are good but make them possitve ones, like an orange, an apple, nuts, --you know the score .. but breakfast is SO IMPORTANT.
