I am 5'9 a pretty strong kid i weigh around 151lbs!. I don't want any bs i want a simple work-out mostly for the Abdominal area!.

lay down flat on your stomach put your forearms on the ground parralel to each other so your like this I-0-I push your body off the ground with your forearms still on the ground with a 90 degree bend in your elbow and shoulder compared to your body keep your back and legs in a straight line hold that for as long as u canWww@Answer-Health@Com
