Question: Stationary Bike!.!.Questions!!?!?!? (help)
Ok so I want to lose 8 pounds a month!.!.
I just got a stationary bike! which Im excited about
& I walk every other day for 30mins!.!.
How long should I work out on my stationary bike
every single day so I can lose 8 pounds a month!?!?!?
My routine will be on the bike everyday & walking 30mins every other day!.!.How many mins or hours should I do on the S-Bike to lose atleast 6-8 pounds a month!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I try to get in at least 20 minutes on my stationary bike every day, but when I was losing weight I was doing it around 3 times a day!. I do 5 minutes of intense, then 5 minutes of cooldown, 5 minutes of intense and then 5 minutes of cooldown!. When your doing the cooldown part just lower your speed and when doing the intense increase the speed!. So far I've lost 23 pounds in nine weeks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
