Should i just give up or keep excersizing?!


Question: Should i just give up or keep excersizing!?
hey! im in 8th grade, and i dont want to weigh like 90 pounds or anything, i just wanted to lose a little fat around my waist!. about a month ago, i was hard core eating healthy, and excersizing (walking 3 miles every day)!. i lost four pounds! then, my friend kind of ruined my diet, and since then, ive gained that four pounds plus 1!. its been a month since then, i just need some support and opinions!. should i just let go and enjoy my childhood!? or should i restart and eat healthy and excersize again!? as much as i dont want to, something inside me is telling me that i can do it, and im inspired by all these great athletes i see on tv!.!.!. any suggestions!? thanks (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

never is too late for re starting healthy eating and exercising,I strongly advise you to do that or you will regret it for the rest of your life,I'm telling yu that I wish I just thought of these things when I was a teenager cause as you grow up it becomes so much harder to lose weight,cause the fat you gain during your chilhood is so hard to burn also if u dont care about your body at this age your body will start to produce more fat celluls which will make u fat in the future no matter how little you eat!.
I'm not telling you that u should be on strict diets and exersice very heavily,just dont forget your routine exercises and eat healthy and reasonable and enjoy having every delcious thing you wanna have but just in order,enjoying your childooh doesn mean to eat all the time,but it means eating every healthy useful things your body need and as much as you need not more than that!.
I hope these words impress you enough that you decide to restart your exercises(no matter how many time you quit it,just know that you should start it another day again and again) and eat right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should do a mix between being healthy and enjoying your childhood!. Its good to eat well but don't be afraid to splurge!. Make good eating and exercising habits now and then when you're older you can stop splurging and you will loose weight easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
