Question: Exercise question help!?
okay so for the last past days ive been doing 200 crunches morning & night
im trying to tone my stomach a bit more
i got the top part looking real nice but how do i get the bottom stomach area toned!.it seems like it never wants to!.
im 5'5 weigh 126
slim but want toned!.how long will it take!?and what can i do!? so help with that anyone!?

&& i know this is wierd but if i do that will i lose my butt too!?
i DONT want to cus im very happy with it
just wondering!?
help!?

The work outs in there, are awesome and work ur entire abs!.!.!.

you will be very pleased with the end result dont give up though, it is tough the first few weeks!.!.!. but around week 3/4 you'll see the results u have been looking for!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lay flat on your back on the floor!. then lift you legs up but keep them straight!. You should feel it on your lower stomach!.
