i am a 15 year old girl and i'm not fat i just want to lose about 7 or 8 pounds. i weigh about 115 right now and i want to get rid of a little bulk and get a 6 pack :] i started to run the treadmill for a half hour every night, but in that half hour i only burn 200 calories. how much should i burn a night to lose weight faster?
