Chinese food? really bad?!
Question: Chinese food!? really bad!?
for a treat i am being given chinese food, i havn't eaten much for a while so i can't turn it down as they will accuse me of obsessive diet or something!.
So i can't go with wun tun soup or sweetcorn soup due to that!.
i havn't eaten anything but a bit of cereal this morning, so if for tea i am forced
egg fried rice with sweet and sour sauce
mushroom foo yung (thats baad like greasy omlette dripping with fat)
and cashew nuts with vegetables (again the vegetables are in a fatty sauce :()
Is that going to make be gain weight and be terrible!? you see my problem, once i feel i have eaten too much, i binge :( so damn!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I indulged in a chinese buffet yesterday and must have had about 3 full plates!.
I mainly ate all the meats in sauces, hardly touched rice/noodles as they fill you up more and have alot of calories!.
Wouldn't like to guess how many calories I ate!.!.!.
I'll keep it to a rare occasion!Www@Answer-Health@Com
