Without equipment!? Try using a bucket if you have one!. Fill it with water/sand/rocks, and then use a wrist curling motion!. Hold the bucket handle in a closed fist (thumb down), then flex wrist down and up!. Do 8 reps and 5 sets each side!.
Replace bucket with chair, or other suitable piece of furniture!. Even a bike- grip the crossbar and curl the wrist!.
